Life Recovery Services has implemented the following policies and procedures concerning drug testing.
You may sign up for text message services or call Life Recovery Services, Inc. at (405) 600-3252 every week day (excluding Federally Recognized Holidays). The person who answers the phone or the voicemail will have the colors that are testing. The colors of the day will also be posted here and on our agency's Facebook page (OKLifeRecovery) for you to see. Please remember that if you do not see the colors posted, you will need to contact the office. The statement "I didn't know what colors were called" is not a valid reason for missing a scheduled test. If your color has been chosen, you will need to present yourself between the hours of 6:00 am and 4:30 pm that day.
Upon arrival, please check in with the staff at the reception desk. Once you have been checked in for testing, you are not permitted to leave the building. You have a total of 2 hours to provide a specimen. If you have not provided a specimen on the day your color is called, a No Show Report will be sent to your referral source.
Please be aware that all drug tests may be observed! If you are taking a medication that may interfere with the results, you will need to bring a copy of the current prescription.
If you would like to challenge the results of your drug screen, the sample will be sent to CRG Laboratories at your expense ($40.00). Your sample will be held at Life Recovery Services, Inc. for up to 5 days (including weekends and holidays). The cost of your sample must be paid before the sample will be delivered to the lab.
